Maslow is delighted to have completed the finance on The Kettleworks: a large, primarily residential development scheme in the heart of Birmingham. The scheme consists of 291 residential units, 2 commercial units and a 4 storey car park. Part of the St George’s Urban Village Project located in the Jewellery Quarter, this ambitious build consists of both refurbishment and new build works.
The development, which includes studio, 1, 2, and 3 bed flats, was over 90% forward sold and Maslow allowed the deposits to be used towards the construction costs, reducing the loan commitment and enabling Maslow to waive their personal guarantee requirements to secure the deal.
This was the second deal that Maslow had undertaken with this borrower within 6 months.
