Maslow is delighted to have completed the finance on The Kettleworks: a large, primarily residential development scheme in the heart of Birmingham. The scheme consists of 291 residential units, 2 commercial units and a 4 storey car park. Part of the St George’s Urban Village Project located in the Jewellery Quarter, this ambitious build consists of both refurbishment and new build works.
The development, which includes studio, 1, 2, and 3 bed flats, was over 90% forward sold and used the deposits to be used towards the construction costs.
This was the second deal that Maslow had undertaken with this borrower within 6 months.
