His career began at Close Brothers/Commercial Acceptances, where he focused on bridging and development deals, before advancing to Octane Capital to manage more complex transactions. Adam then became Head of Origination at a debt fund, where he was responsible for originating and structuring stretch senior development finance deals, overseeing multi-million pound transactions, and building a strong network of developer and investor clients. Most recently, as a director at United Trust Bank’s Structured Finance team, he provided bespoke financing solutions for larger, more intricate deals. At Maslow, Adam’s focus is on structured finance transactions, managing big-ticket and unconventional deals with expertise and precision.
