Alessandro Tosti is a Director in the Lending Solutions team at Maslow Capital, bringing extensive experience in real estate lending, structured finance, and loan advisory.

Before joining Maslow, Alessandro was a Vice President in the Arrow Global central investment team, focusing on real estate lending strategies. Prior to that, he spent three years at PIMCO in the Real Estate Lending team, where he was responsible for originating, structuring, executing, and underwriting core and value-add commercial real estate senior financings across Europe.

Alessandro began his career at Mediobanca, spending three years in the Structured Finance and Fixed Income Solutions team, where he worked on providing lending solutions to international sponsors against Italian-based assets. He later moved to Morgan Stanley’s Loan Solutions Advisory team, where he played a key role in assisting European banks in the disposal of granular real estate-backed loan portfolios through structured portfolio sales.

Alessandro holds a BSc in Economics and Mathematics from Royal Holloway, University of London, and an M.Phil. in Finance from the University of Cambridge. His deep expertise in structured finance and real estate lending strengthens Maslow Capital’s ability to deliver innovative and tailored funding solutions to its clients.
