Alexander Schede is an Associate at Maslow Capital, where he supports the underwriting and execution of finance transactions across Germany. His responsibilities span the initial screening, underwriting, deal structuring, and transaction execution, working closely with clients throughout the entire lifecycle.

Before joining Maslow, Alexander worked at SILVERTON Group, where he focused on real estate investments, special situations and debt advisory mandates across a range of real estate sectors. His experience includes working on a wide range of debt & equity transactions as well as recapitalisations and restructuring of CRE debt across complex financial structures. His background includes further roles at Cushman & Wakefield, EY Real Estate, and Dream Global Advisors where he supported valuations, financial analysis, transactions, and asset management functions.

Alexander holds an MSc in Global Finance from Bayes Business School. He speaks fluent English and German.
