Alex Gibney is a key member of Maslow’s Deal Execution team, where she serves as an Associate. Alex’s career is distinguished by her extensive background in finance and restructuring, marked by her impressive academic and professional achievements.

Graduating with First Class MA Honours in Economics from Heriot-Watt University in 2018, Alex quickly distinguished herself in the financial sector. She began her career on the NatWest Commercial Banking Graduate Scheme and went on to qualify as a Chartered Banker in March 2021. Alex’s initial role as an Assistant Director in Corporate & Commercial Restructuring honed her expertise in managing complex financial scenarios.

In November 2021, Alex transitioned to the Real Estate Finance department, where she excelled as an Assistant Director. She managed a diverse portfolio of client relationships across the UK Large Corporate Residential Development sector, covering crucial market segments such as Private For Sale, Build-to-Rent, PBSA, and Retirement Living. Her clients ranged from SMEs to Institutional Investors and PLCs, showcasing her ability to navigate various levels of the market with skill and insight.

At Maslow, Alex applies her extensive experience and financial acumen to support the Deal Execution team. Her role involves overseeing critical aspects of deal structuring and execution, ensuring that all processes are managed efficiently and effectively.
