Casilda Aguirre Bertodano is an Associate in Underwriting and Execution at Maslow Capital, where she supports the underwriting, structuring and execution of real estate lending transactions across Spain.

Casilda brings over six years of experience across real estate finance and consultancy. Prior to joining Maslow, she spent three years at Welz Real Estate Finance as an Investment Analyst, covering origination, underwriting and portfolio monitoring, and was involved in financing 11 projects totalling €25 million of lending and approximately €170 million of gross development value. Before that, she spent three years at Arcadis as a Project Manager and Business Advisor, monitoring residential and hotel developments and undertaking technical due diligence and quantity surveying.

Earlier in her career, Casilda worked as an architect at Studio IBU, serving as Interior Designer and Project Manager for the Fairmont La Hacienda Hotel in Sotogrande, Spain.

Casilda holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and completed the Real Estate Management Programme, Programa de Dirección de Empresas Inmobiliarias, at IE University.
