Edward Groves is an Associate at Maslow Capital, where he supports the underwriting and execution of development finance transactions across the UK. He works closely with clients throughout the financing process, with responsibilities spanning deal structuring, underwriting, transaction execution, and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Maslow, Edward spent almost four years at CapitalRise, progressing through credit and associate roles. He holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance from Henley Business School and a BEng in Architectural Environmental  Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
