James Farrell is an Associate in Maslow Capital’s Deal Execution team, focusing on development and bridging finance in Ireland. His responsibilities span deal structuring, underwriting, transaction execution and portfolio management.

Before joining Maslow, James spent two years at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank as an Assistant Vice President in the Real Estate Finance team, working on commercial and residential investment finance. He began his career in 2019 on Bank of Ireland’s Corporate & Markets Graduate Programme and spent four years with the bank, including two and a half years in Development Finance funding office and residential projects across Ireland.

James holds a first-class joint honours degree in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin and is a CFA charterholder.
