Marc Dahmen, CFA, is a Director in Maslow Capital’s Origination team, specialising in the origination, structuring, execution and investment management of real estate debt and bespoke capital solutions across Europe. He has over 15 years of experience across real estate debt and banking, including treasury, financial resource management and capital markets, and has been directly involved in transactions across Germany, the Netherlands, Iberia and Austria.

At Maslow, Marc focuses on originating and structuring real estate financing solutions across Germany and a broad range of asset classes. Prior to joining Maslow, he held roles at CAERUS Debt Investments, Deutsche Bank and Deutsche Postbank, now part of Deutsche Bank.

Marc completed his banking apprenticeship before earning a BSc in Business and an MSc in Finance through combined work-study programmes at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He is a CFA charterholder and is fluent in German and English.
