Mark Posniak brings over 20 years of experience in the property finance sector to his role as Managing Director at Maslow Capital, leading the company’s Bridging finance offering. His professional journey began at Cheval Property Finance PLC, where he served as Director of Sales & Marketing from 2005 to 2009. He then moved to Octopus real Estate, (formerly Dragonfly Property Finance),  initially as Director of Sales & Marketing, before advancing to Managing Director, a position he held from 2010 to 2016. Leveraging his extensive experience, Mark co-founded Octane Capital in 2017, serving as Managing Director until 2022.

Mark’s influence in the industry can be further underscored by his tenure as a Director and Executive Committee member at The Association of Short Term Lenders (2008-2015), including a period as Chairman in 2008/2009.
