Mia House is a specialist property finance professional with over seven years’ experience in bridging and short-term lending. As Originations Director at Maslow Capital, Mia supports brokers, investors, and property professionals by delivering fast, flexible funding solutions that bridge timing gaps, unlock opportunities, and keep transactions moving when deadlines matter most.

Prior to joining Maslow Capital, Mia spent more than seven years at Hampshire Trust Bank, where she progressed through senior roles within the Bridging Finance team. Most recently serving as Business Development Manager, she built a strong track record of originating and structuring short-term facilities, while developing trusted, long-standing relationships with intermediary partners across the UK.

Earlier in her career, Mia held business development roles within specialist finance, alongside experience as a foreign exchange trader. This varied background has sharpened her commercial judgement and ability to simplify complexity – ensuring brokers feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the lending journey.
