Rachael is the Head of Deal Execution at Maslow Capital, where she oversees the credit and due diligence processes for new deals across the UK and Europe. Leading Maslow’s deal execution team, she also supports the origination team in completing new transactions and managing Maslow’s live portfolio of loans. To date, she has closed and managed facilities worth over £800 million. Prior to joining Maslow Capital, Rachael worked in the Property Finance and Leveraged Finance teams at the Bank of Ireland. She holds a first-class honours degree in Economics with French from Queen’s University Belfast.
