With over 10 years of experience in the real estate sector with special focus in both equity and debt, Rakesh brings a wealth of knowledge to the Maslow team. Having graduated from King’s College London with a degree in Mathematics and Finance, Rakesh spent 5 years working at Nuveen on the GP side, followed by 5 years working across sovereign wealth funds in Abu Dhabi and Singapore, where he was tasked with managing large project portfolios and supporting real estate investments. Rakesh has also spent 1 and a half years working at a Big 4 consultancy firm in the IT Risk & Advisory department as well as volunteering to teach at a small village in Malawi, East Africa. As Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager, Rakesh manages all internal and external Maslow projects as well as identifying potential growth opportunities for the business.
