Sebastian Bowden is a Senior Financial Analyst at Maslow Capital, bringing over 25 years’ experience in financial modelling and advisory services. He specialises in complex assignments, including corporate transactions, debt and equity fundraising, derivatives, PFI/PPP, and specialist tax and accountancy.
Prior to joining Maslow Capital, Sebastian was a senior member of Capita PLC’s bid support and growth team, leading financial submissions for major public sector outsourcing bids with total contract values ranging from £100m to £700m. He previously served as Group Analyst (Head of Modelling) at Quintain Estates & Developments PLC, where he restructured the analyst team and strengthened its modelling capabilities to support joint-venture and fundraising negotiations for major urban regeneration schemes at Greenwich and Wembley.
Earlier in his career, Sebastian spent over a decade at Grant Thornton within the Project Finance & Public Sector advisory team, ultimately becoming Head of Financial Modelling. He also provided modelling support across the firm, including private equity transactions and fundraisings, tax and technical accounting, and insolvency projects. He holds a first-class honours degree in Mathematics from the University of Sheffield and a PhD in non-commutative algebra from the University of Leeds.
