Glenn Pudney is a Senior Credit Manager at Maslow Capital, responsible for assessing and managing real estate finance transactions through the credit process.

His role includes reviewing loan applications, analysing transaction risk, supporting the structuring of facilities and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to help ensure deals progress efficiently and responsibly.

Before joining Maslow Capital, Glenn held a number of senior credit and underwriting roles at prominent financial institutions, including Octopus Capital and Shawbrook Bank. His experience spans residential credit, credit operations, underwriting team management and mortgage processing, giving him a strong understanding of both credit risk and the practical requirements of transaction execution.

Glenn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Southampton.
