Léo serves as Director and Head of Origination at Maslow Capital Germany, based in Frankfurt am Main. In this role, he leads the sourcing, structuring, and execution of real estate debt solutions for sponsors and institutional developers in Germany.

He has over 15 years of experience in the European investment banking and real estate finance sectors. Prior to joining Maslow Capital Germany, Mr. Béchet held senior positions at several prominent financial institutions, including Edmond de Rothschild REIM, CORESTATE Capital Group, and BNP Paribas CIB. Throughout his career, he has specialized in the acquisition, structuring, and implementation of complex non-recourse real estate financings and debt solutions
