Olivia joined Maslow Capital in 2025 as a Structured Finance Analyst, where she supports the assessment, structuring and execution of real estate finance transactions across the UK. Her analytical approach and understanding of both planning and investment dynamics contribute to delivering tailored funding solutions across a diverse range of assets.

Before joining Maslow, Olivia gained experience at Mosaic Town Planning and Evolve Estates, working on project appraisals, acquisition strategies and sustainable development initiatives. This exposure to both asset management and planning has given her a well-rounded perspective on the property lifecycle and the factors that shape successful schemes.

Olivia holds a Master’s degree in Planning and Real Estate from the University of Manchester, accredited by the RICS and RTPI. During her Master’s year, she focused on real estate investment, finance and portfolio management, which cemented her interest in real estate finance and underpins her analytical approach at Maslow.
