The result is a progressive inside-outside living experience that fosters inclusive communities that will encourage people to experience the best of city living in an ever-evolving city.<\/p>\n<p>Residents of this scheme will benefit from its central location, which is only a 10 minute walk to Leeds Train Station, the city centre and the new \u00a3350 million CEG Holbeck urban village Southbank development. Its strategic location on Whitehall Road coupled with its unique design will make it a focal point along this important road, encouraging a bold new community for the north-west of Holbeck.<\/p>\n<p>Contractor Morgan Sindall has been appointed to deliver the project, which is expected to complete in 2023.
