Reflecting on a strong 2023, the judges commended our impactful work, noting, \u201cMaslow worked at transformational scale\u201d and highlighted our significant transactions in the Northwest, including the \u00a3128.5 million financing of One Port Street in Manchester.<\/p>\n

Special recognition was also given for our enhanced support of the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) developer community. In 2023, we lowered our rates on loans up to \u00a320 million, aiding our clients in mitigating the challenges associated with rising base rates and construction costs.<\/p>\n
