Emilio Silvestre, CFA, is Head of Origination, Spain at Maslow Capital, specialising in the origination, structuring and execution of real estate debt and bespoke capital solutions across Europe. He has over 10 years’ experience across real estate credit and equity, and asset management, and has been directly involved in more than €2 billion of real estate transactions across Iberia, Italy, the Nordics, Ireland, Germany and the UK.

At Maslow, Emilio focuses on real estate lending in Spain across a broad range of asset classes. Prior to joining Maslow, he held investment roles at Cheyne Capital, Victoria Asset Management (Oaktree C.M.) and Lapithus (Apollo G.M.).

Emilio holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Manchester, is a CFA charterholder, and is fluent in English and Spanish.
