Emma is a residential & commercial development finance specialist with a proven track record in building business relationships over the last 17 years in both the UK and Ireland.

Emma has a strong background in development finance, having previously held the position of Head of Origination at Octopus Property. During her 3 years at Octopus, Emma was responsible for originating and structuring over £400m of development debt facilities and managing a team of 5 development finance specialists.

Prior to her role at Octopus, Emma was part of the Structured Property Finance team at Investec Private bank, where she was responsible for deal origination and the management of an existing portfolio. Emma has a proven track record of successfully structuring development facilities for the construction of industrial units, hotels, residential development sites, large PRS schemes and serviced apartments.

Emma holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours) Degree from the National University of Ireland, Galway.

Since joining Maslow Capital 2018, Emma has been a driving force behind the growth of Maslow’s loan book and reputation by continually providing a leading customer experience and exceptional results. As Head of Origination, Emma manages an extensive portfolio of customers and is responsible for growing new lending relationships. Her grasp of industry insights and strategic vision make her a highly skilled leader within the team.
