Erica Muneyuki Trento is a Case Manager within Maslow Capital’s Deal Execution team, supporting underwriters throughout the credit process for real estate finance transactions.

Her responsibilities include conducting initial assessments on new transactions, pre-underwriting loan applications, reviewing valuation reports and managing legal documentation requirements. Before joining Maslow Capital, Erica built experience in real estate finance, infrastructure investment and financial modelling, including through a previous role at West One Loans.

Erica holds a BSc in Geography with First Class Honours from the University of Glasgow and also studied at Miami University in the United States.
