Gili is a highly skilled real estate specialist with over 10 years’ experience in both lending and development. Gili graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a degree in Accounting and Finance and began his career as an Investment Analyst for a Family Office, where he focused on Real Estate and AgriTech Private Equity opportunities.

He later spent 3 years at Pluto Finance, where he originated, underwrote and monitored the performance of existing developments, with deals ranging from £5m to £75m. Prior to that, he worked for a real estate development and investment company, where he analysed investment opportunities and raised debt and equity reaching up to £100m.

At Maslow Capital, Gili brings his extensive experience and expertise to the team as an associate. He is responsible for underwriting and executing transactions across the UK and works closely with clients to support the successful financing of their projects.
