María Pérez del Valle joined Maslow Capital in 2024 as the Head of Deal Execution for Spain.

With over 10 years of experience in real estate finance, María brings extensive expertise in structuring and delivering innovative financing solutions to help clients achieve their project goals.Her career began at Irea (now Colliers International), where she contributed to the successful sale and marketing of large real estate loan portfolios and individual assets, with transactions exceeding €19bn. María soon progressed into a leadership role at Elba Finance, a joint venture with TPG Sixth Street Partners, where she led the origination and structuring of high-profile debt and equity investments. Most recently, she served as Director at Velox Finance, where she was instrumental in launching an alternative real estate lending fund, using advanced technology to streamline underwriting processes and accelerate deal closures.

María holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Spain and Neoma Business School in France. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French, and actively supports the visibility of women in real estate as a member of WIRES (Women in Real Estate Spain).
