After spending a number of successful years in retail banking, Matt decided to specialise in property lending joining Dunbar Bank Plc where he remained for 10 years. He has worked extensively with both commercial and residential investors and developers on a wide range of projects not only in London but throughout the UK, using his technical knowledge and attention to detail to deliver a range of funding solutions.

Since he joined Maslow in 2011, Matt has been an integral part of Maslow’s leadership team, overseeing a significant rise in deal flow and operational efficiency during his time as Head of Deal Origination. In 2022 Matt progressed into the role of Senior Director. As a Senior Director Matt is continuing to source and manage relationships with new and repeat borrowers, in addition to playing a larger role in shaping the strategic direction of the business under the leadership of Co-founder & CEO, Ellis Sher.
