Rachael acts as the Head of Deal Execution at Maslow Capital, managing the credit and due diligence process for new deals and assisting the origination team in the completion of new transactions and ongoing portfolio management where she has closed and managed over £550m of facilities to date. Prior to joining Maslow Capital, Rachael worked at Bank of Ireland in their Property Finance & Leveraged Finance teams. Rachael holds a first-class honours degree in Economics with French from Queens University, Belfast.
