Tiago Santos is an Analyst at Maslow Capital, supporting the underwriting and execution of bridging and development finance transactions in Portugal.

He works closely with clients throughout the financing process, with responsibilities spanning deal structuring, underwriting, transaction execution and portfolio management. Tiago brings experience across real estate investment and finance, having held roles at Havenstone Capital and Arrow Global Portugal.

He holds an MSc in Finance from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
