The financing supports the acquisition and conversion of a currently vacant hotel into c. <em>250 <\/em>serviced apartments.<\/p>\n<p>Delivered by its local German team, the financing sees Maslow Capital support the repositioning of an existing property in central Berlin, providing Tikehau Capital and Dunman Capital with reliable funding for the full business plan.<\/p>\n<p>The conversion of the hotel at Wielandstra\u00dfe 8 will increase its gross floor area (GFA) from approximately 3,800 sqm to approximately 7,300 sqm. Communal areas including a bar, kitchen, breakfast area and fitness area are planned for the ground floor and basement.<\/p>\n<p>The Charlottenburg location is within walking distance of Savignyplatz and Kurf\u00fcrstendamm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00e9o B\u00e9chet, Director, Head of Origination at Maslow Capital Germany, says:<\/strong><em> \u201cThis transaction brings together several factors that are decisive for us when financing a project: experienced and well-capitalised sponsors, a compelling use concept and an established location.
