Emma is Managing Director, Head of Development Finance Origination, leading Maslow Capital’s development finance origination activities across the UK and Europe. With more than 23 years of experience in residential and commercial property finance, she is responsible for managing key client relationships and originating new lending opportunities.

Since joining Maslow in 2018, Emma has played a central role in expanding the firm’s development finance loan book and strengthening its reputation for delivering an exceptional client experience. She has extensive experience structuring development facilities across a broad range of asset classes, including residential, build-to-rent, industrial, hotel and serviced apartment schemes.

Before joining Maslow, Emma was Head of Origination at Octopus Property, where she originated and structured development debt facilities while leading a team of five development finance specialists. Prior to this, she worked within the Structured Property Finance team at Investec Private Bank, focusing on deal origination and portfolio management.

Emma holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours) degree from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
