We were delighted to support this 462-home, prime residential-led scheme in Kensington, West London, with a \u00a3258m<\/strong> loan.<\/p>\n

The loan will support the development at 100 West Cromwell Road, a 50:50 joint venture between leading UK developer SevenCapital and pan-European real estate investment manager MARK. Ardmore Construction has been appointed as the main contractor.<\/p>\n

Comprising seven residential blocks,\u00a0100 West Cromwell Road will offer\u00a0a mix of\u00a0spacious\u00a0studios, one, two and three- bedroom apartments, with some featuring an open or enclosed balcony, along with\u00a0a select number of\u00a0duplex apartments and three- and four- bedroom houses.\u00a0In a major boost for local housing need, 40% of the homes will be provided as affordable.<\/p>\n

A new landmark, 100 West Cromwell Road will feature a 29-storey residential tower, which will become the tallest building in\u00a0the\u00a0Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.<\/p>\n

The site will also include extensive residents\u2019 amenities, including attractive landscaped communal gardens, grand reception and 24-hour concierge service, club lounge and private dining room, gym and spa facilities and ample cycle storage.<\/p>\n

All stakeholders involved in the delivery of the project are committed to promoting a shared sense of belonging and collaboration among residents and the local community. To achieve this the new development will include over 12,000 sq. ft of commercial space and 24,596 sq. ft of community and leisure facilities, creating a vibrant hub for social interaction and community building.<\/p>\n

Today\u2019s \u00a3258m loan is the fifth and most significant facility to date provided by Maslow in support of a SevenCapital development, with the lender having funded four previous developments across SevenCapital\u2019s residential and mixed-use projects across the UK.<\/p>\n

Start on-site is expected this summer, with a phased development approach. The full lifecycle of the project is expected to span four years.<\/p>\n
