With over 15 years in the credit risk experience as an underwriter and manager, Gemma brings her deep understanding of specialist lending to Maslow’s team. Having spent 6 years at Octane Capital as senior credit manager, Gemma was responsible for overseeing operational tasks and processes as well as recruiting, training and managing the credit team. Gemma also ran and managed a team of 20+ employees as the underwriting manager for Masthaven Bank where Gemma spent 6 years.At Maslow, Gemma is tasked with overseeing all short term lending for Maslow Capital ranging from Bridging to Development.
