He then joined Alantra, where he excelled for three years on the real estate sell-side advisory team, focusing on Build-to-Rent, Build-to-Sell, and logistics transactions. As a Senior Analyst, Ignancio was pivotal in advising deals worth approximately €100 million.

Later, at TheBrickInvest, he led the newly established finance and acquisition department for a luxury residential fund in Madrid, spearheading about 15 transactions with a total GDV of around €40 million in just 10 months. His role was crucial in analyzing investment opportunities, managing treasury functions, and cultivating investor relationships.
