Manija Haschemi is a member of Maslow Capital’s Lending Operations team, with six years of experience in loan servicing residential, commercial and short-term lending. She graduated from St Mary’s University with a Law LLB degree before beginning her career at Metro Bank as a Business Expert.

Manija subsequently joined Pepper Advantage, where she spent four years managing a range of lending products. She initially worked on buy-to-let and residential loans before moving into commercial finance as a Senior Short-Term Specialist, focusing on both regulated and unregulated bridging loans. This experience provided exposure to different stages of the loan lifecycle and a broad understanding of loan servicing.

At Maslow, Manija supports the management of the bridging, development and lending solutions loan book, helping to ensure efficient servicing and maintaining high standards across active facilities.
