Maslow Capital provided a \u00a329 million development finance facility to support the delivery of a 189-bed Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Oxford. The site will offer premium student living with a range of best-in-class amenities, including a games room, cinema, co-working spaces, gym, and private dining area.<\/p>\n
The scheme is being delivered by Prima, Real Living and Cantay Estates, combining significant experience in the delivery, management, and development of PBSA and Build-to-Rent projects. Torsion Construction has been appointed as the main contractor, bringing a strong track record in the successful delivery of living sector projects across the UK.<\/p>\n
