Residents will benefit from circa 200sqm of communal amenity space with the vast majority of apartments also possessing a private balcony or designated outside space.<\/p>\n<p>In keeping with the borrower\u2019s commitment to reduce carbon emissions, the scheme will have designated cycle parking, extensive green roofing and rainwater harvesting. New trees are to be planted in the vicinity of the scheme, which is also within walking distance to Broomfield Park, a 21-hectare public park with nature conservation status.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Camrose London are an innovative developer with decades of experience.
