The site will offer premium student living with a range of best-in-class amenities, including a games room, cinema, co-working spaces, gym, and private dining area.<\/p>\n<p>The scheme is being delivered by Prima, Real Living and Cantay Estates, combining significant experience in the delivery, management, and development of PBSA and Build-to-Rent projects. Torsion Construction has been appointed as the main contractor, bringing a strong track record in the successful delivery of living sector projects across the UK.<\/p>\n<p>Oxford remains one of the UK\u2019s most sought-after university cities, home to both the University of Oxford and Oxford Brookes University. The University of Oxford has been ranked first in the UK \u2013 and globally \u2013 by Times Higher Education for nine consecutive years. With a growing international student base across both institutions, demand for high-quality student accommodation continues to rise.
