Aron’s career began at ORIX Aviation, the aviation investment arm of the Japanese financial services group ORIX Corporation, where he spent five years. During his tenure at ORIX Aviation, Aron worked out of both the Dublin and Hong Kong offices, leading the underwriting team for aircraft acquisition, M&A opportunities, and portfolio management decisions. Aron then joined Arrow Global, focusing on lending, special situations, and real estate opportunities.

At Maslow, Aron plays a key role within the Creative Capital Division. In this capacity, he is instrumental in driving forward our mission to introduce innovative liquidity and funding solutions that transcend the conventional offerings of traditional financial institutions.

Aron holds a double first-class honours degree in Mathematics and Economics from Trinity College Dublin, showcasing his exceptional analytical and economic skills.
