Brogan Townshend is a Case Manager at Maslow Capital, supporting underwriters throughout the credit process for real estate finance transactions.

Her role includes assisting with pre-underwrites, reviewing key transaction information and supporting the legal and valuation processes to help ensure deals progress efficiently from initial assessment through to completion.

Before joining Maslow Capital, Brogan held underwriting roles at large financial organisations, where she developed hands-on experience across credit assessment, short-term property finance and underwriting processes. Her background has given her a strong understanding of borrower requirements, transaction analysis and the importance of delivering a smooth client experience.

Brogan holds an LLB in Law and Business from the University of Brighton.
