Bryan Scannell is Head of Risk, Ireland at Maslow Capital, where he works closely with the Asset Management team to ensure loans are managed to the highest standard, including development draw-downs and site visits. He brings over 12 years of experience in corporate banking and property lending, with deep expertise in credit risk analysis, underwriting and relationship management.

Bryan has built a strong track record across a broad range of transactions, including complex US syndicated leveraged loans, as well as Irish and UK bilateral and club deals spanning both the corporate and real estate sectors.

Before joining Maslow Capital, Bryan was Director of Lending at Initiative Ireland, where he was responsible for structuring and managing residential development funding across Ireland.

He holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Corporate Treasury from Dublin City University and an MSc in International Business from Technological University Dublin. In his role at Maslow Capital, Bryan is responsible for overseeing risk across the firm’s Irish portfolio, supporting prudent lending and the effective management of development and short-term finance facilities.
