Craig Taylor is an experienced real-estate finance specialist with over a decade of expertise across bridging, development, and specialist lending. As Director of Short Term Finance at Maslow Capital, Craig plays a key role in delivering bespoke funding solutions for brokers, developers, and property professionals, helping to support transformative real-estate projects across the UK and Europe.

Prior to joining Maslow Capital, Craig spent nearly four years at United Trust Bank, where he progressed through senior roles in the Bridging Finance division, most recently serving as Key Account Manager. During this time, he built a strong reputation for fostering long-term broker relationships and structuring competitive short-term lending facilities.

Craig’s earlier career includes senior positions at Ultimate Finance, where he served as Regional Sales Director, and nearly nine years as a Specialist Finance Broker and Head of Specialist Lending. His background gives him a uniquely rounded perspective of the lending landscape, combining hands-on brokerage expertise with institutional lending experience.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Cardiff University.
