Dexter Stuart is an integral part of Maslow Capital’s Short Term Finance division, serving as Internal Business Development Manager. In this role, Dexter provides essential support to the firm’s originators, ensuring a seamless and highly responsive experience for brokers and their clients. His day-to-day responsibilities include issuing terms, progressing applications, coordinating documentation, and managing inbound queries across phone and email—helping to keep transactions moving efficiently from enquiry to completion.

Before joining Maslow Capital, Dexter built a strong foundation in specialist finance across a range of operational, underwriting, and internal sales roles. He spent more than three years at United Trust Bank, progressing from Internal Sales Assistant to Internal Sales Manager, where he honed his skills in broker relationship management, pipeline progression, and deal execution.

Dexter is known for his proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a first-class service to brokers and borrowers alike.
