Alongside his role at Maslow Capital Italy, Federico Silva serves as the Head of Origination and Business Development at Europa Investimenti S.p.A., a prominent private credit fund specialising in Non-Performing Loans (NPL) investments. Since joining the company in 2016, Federico has played a pivotal role in managing the acquisition and restructuring of distressed assets across the Italian market. His leadership has been instrumental in driving the fund’s growth through innovative deal origination strategies and optimising asset performance post-acquisition.

With a robust background in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, Federico brings over 25 years of industry experience. His expertise spans a wide range of financial strategies, including the development of tailored solutions for distressed asset management. In addition to his leadership role at Europa Investimenti, Federico has been a Board Member since 2022, contributing to the firm’s governance and strategic direction.

Federico holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics from Università degli Studi di Torino.
