Gili is a highly skilled real estate specialist with over 10 years’ experience in both lending and development. Gili graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a degree in Accounting and Finance and began his career as an Investment Analyst for a Family Office, where he focused on Real Estate and AgriTech Private Equity opportunities.

He later spent 3 years at Pluto Finance, where he originated, underwrote and monitored the performance of existing developments, with deals ranging from £5m to £75m. Prior to that, he worked for a real estate development and investment company, where he analysed investment opportunities and raised debt and equity reaching up to £100m.

At Maslow Capital, Gili brings his extensive experience and expertise to the team as a senior associate. He is responsible for underwriting and executing transactions across the UK and works closely with clients to support the successful financing of their projects.
