Mark Posniak brings over 20 years of experience in the property finance sector to his role as Managing Director at Maslow Capital, leading the company’s Short-Term finance offering. His professional journey began at Cheval Property Finance PLC, where he served as Director of Sales & Marketing from 2005 to 2009. He then moved to Octopus real Estate, (formerly Dragonfly Property Finance),  initially as Director of Sales & Marketing, before advancing to Managing Director, a position he held from 2010 to 2016. Leveraging his extensive experience, Mark co-founded Octane Capital in 2017, serving as Managing Director until 2022.

Mark’s influence in the industry can be further underscored by his tenure as a Director and Executive Committee member at The Association of Short Term Lenders (2008-2015), including a period as Chairman in 2008/2009.
