Paula Mayordomo Tello is a Senior Associate at Maslow Capital, based in Spain. She supports the underwriting and execution of development finance transactions across Spain, working closely with clients throughout the financing process.

Her responsibilities span deal structuring, underwriting, transaction execution and portfolio management, helping to ensure transactions are delivered efficiently and in line with Maslow Capital’s lending approach.

Prior to joining Maslow Capital, Paula held real estate investment roles at PGIM Real Estate and Natixis, where she gained experience across investment analysis, underwriting and transaction support. She brings a strong analytical background and a client-focused approach to supporting complex real estate finance transactions.

Paula holds a Double Degree in Law and Business Administration, with a specialisation in Finance, from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
