This latest funding will drive the delivery of the Vivere Residences, a landmark mixed-use scheme in Cornbrook, Manchester, featuring 237 high-specification residential units and an 88 -key Vivere aparthotel.<\/p>\n<p>This marks the third facility provided by Maslow Capital to Forshaw Land &amp; Property Group, underscoring the strength and trust within their long-standing partnership.<\/p>\n<p>This development will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, alongside five penthouses. It will also feature an 88-key Vivere aparthotel, retail spaces, and car parking facilities. Residents will enjoy amenities such as a 24-hour concierge, a gym, a co-working lounge, meeting rooms, a private dining room, a cinema, and a coffee bar, all designed to cater to the needs of modern urban lifestyles.<\/p>\n<p>Manchester continues to experience strong demand for new homes and hotel rooms, driven by employment growth, graduate retention, and increased investment. Innovative mixed-use developments like Vivere Residences play a crucial role in addressing this demand by delivering high-quality living spaces, hospitality offerings, and modern amenities that cater to the evolving needs of residents, visitors, and businesses alike.<\/p>\n<p>This funding marks a significant milestone in the growing partnership between Maslow Capital and Forshaw Land &amp; Property Group. Together, they have successfully delivered high-profile developments across Manchester, providing 463 homes with a combined financing total of \u00a398.6 million.
