Maslow structured a \u00a3500 million whole-loan facility for Fusion Group \u2014 one of the largest single-lender debt packages ever arranged for UK purpose-built student accommodation \u2014 to fund five premium schemes across Birmingham, London, Loughborough, Glasgow and Cardiff, delivering 3,138 beds in total.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/maslowcapital.com\/portfolio\/abbey-wood\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a3122m Definition Capital \u2014 Abbey Wood, London<\/a>:<\/strong>\u00a0A complex mixed-use regeneration facility supporting 487 co-living units, a 110-key hotel and a new PDSA Pet Hospital on Eynsham Drive \u2014 a short walk from Abbey Wood Station and the Elizabeth line. The deal was introduced by debt adviser Mantra Commercial and reflects Maslow&#8217;s ability to structure bespoke, multi-component packages for landmark London schemes.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/maslowcapital.com\/blog\/2025\/03\/11\/maslow-capital-provides-114m-in-development-financing-to-yourtribe-for-two-pbsa-schemes-in-london\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a3117m YourTribe \u2014 Wembley PBSA<\/a>:<\/strong>\u00a0A development facility backing a 609-bed purpose-built student accommodation scheme in Wembley, adding to an existing relationship that has seen Maslow provide over \u00a3114 million to YourTribe across PBSA schemes in Walthamstow and Greenwich.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/maslowcapital.com\/blog\/2025\/07\/21\/maslow-capital-provides-21m-developer-exit-loan-to-unlock-value-and-support-stabilisation-of-prime-pbsa-asset-in-brighton\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a321m CKC Properties \u2014 Brighton PBSA<\/a>:<\/strong>\u00a0A developer exit bridging loan supporting 134 ensuite studios near the University of Sussex and University of Brighton, enabling CKC to stabilise occupancy and prepare the asset for its next phase \u2014 an example of Maslow&#8217;s expertise across the full lending lifecycle.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/maslowcapital.com\/blog\/2025\/04\/30\/maslow-capital-completes-14m-loan-with-singapores-q-investment-partners-marking-fourth-deal-and-over-61m-in-total-funding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a314m Q Investment Partners \u2014 Edinburgh PBSA<\/a>:<\/strong>\u00a0The fourth deal in an ongoing partnership with Singapore-based QIP, bringing total financing across the relationship to over \u00a361 million, with all four projects delivering PBSA assets in Edinburgh and Nottingham.<\/p>\n<h5>What This Award Means to Us<\/h5>\n<p>For us, this recognition goes beyond a headline.
