The property offers 134 modern ensuite studios, along with extensive communal amenities.<\/p>\n<p>Brighton remains a highly attractive student destination and is classified in Savills\u2019 First Tier for PBSA investment. Maslow Capital\u2019s decision to provide the bridging facility was based on the asset\u2019s strong fundamentals &#8211; its prime location, quality, and income-generating potential &#8211; as well as CKC\u2019s proven expertise and successful project execution track record.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction was structured by Maslow Capital\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/maslowcapital.com\/products\/bridging-finance-uk\/\">short-term finance<\/a> division and introduced to Maslow by real estate debt advisor Beckford Advisory.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThis \u00a321m facility provides CKC Properties with the headroom to refinance the scheme, stabilise occupancy during the peak letting season and prepare the asset for its next phase.
