Ronald is an Analyst in Maslow Capital’s Origination team, supporting the origination, underwriting and execution of real estate financing transactions in Germany across whole loan, development and short-term bridging structures. His responsibilities include deal screening, financial modelling, cash flow analysis, the preparation of credit and investment committee materials, and the coordination of due diligence. Ronald works across a broad range of asset classes, with a particular focus on residential, mixed-use and commercial development and transitional assets.

Before joining Maslow, Ronald gained experience in European real estate private debt, most recently as a Private Credit Analyst at Edmond de Rothschild in Frankfurt. There, he underwrote pan-European transactions across whole loan, stretch senior, mezzanine and senior structures, while supporting deal execution, fund and mandate management, and the preparation of investor materials for a European real estate debt strategy. He has also gained equity-side experience in transaction management and real estate investment and asset management, giving him insight into transactions from both the lender’s and sponsor’s perspectives.

Ronald holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance from ESCP Business School and a BSc in Business Studies, specialising in real estate financing, from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht. During his time at ESCP, he served as Head of Real Estate for the Alternative Investment Society.
