It was an unusual build that comprised of two separate sites on either side of a railway, creating two separate blocks of flats across split sites made building work more challenging.<\/p>\n
The development was based in Tower Hamlets, a rapidly developing area in London that has risen in value by 57% between 2007 and 2016 (source: Land Registry). It was also identified as an area that would deliver 9% of the housing target over a 10 year period, as set out by the London Mayor in the \u2018London Plan\u2019.
